Go out alone for an hour in nature. Explore where your guts pull you, not where your head “thinks” you should go. No distractions. Cross a threshold and bring a question. You know the one. The one that’s been tugging at your innards. Bring your heart. Sit and listen. Don’t talk. Listen. Beyond the auditory sense. Listening as a sentient being. Lean in to the initiation that is life. Say yes to the call. Show up for the ceremony and trust the magic.
